Well-organised company. Engineer called to say he would arrive in 20 minutes and did.
Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!
I WAS VERY HAPPY HOW MY CASE WAS DELT WITH; - NEXT DAY APPOINTMENT - SAME DAY REPORT - GOOD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ME AND OFFICE UNTIL MY APPOINTED WAS COMPLETED
By understanding the process, importance, and collaborative efforts involved in conducting fire risk assessments, property owners can ensure the safety of occupants, comply with regulations, and contribute to building a safer and resilient community in the vibrant city of London.
Understanding London Fire Risk Assessments:
Fire risk assessments are comprehensive evaluations aimed at identifying potential fire hazards, assessing risks, and implementing preventive measures. In London, where dense populations and diverse building structures pose unique challenges, fire risk assessments play a crucial role in safeguarding lives and properties.
The Process of London Fire Risk Assessments:
Conducting a fire risk assessment in London follows a systematic approach. It involves identifying potential ignition sources, assessing the likelihood of a fire occurring, evaluating potential consequences, and implementing control measures. This process is guided by relevant regulations and standards specific to London properties.
Importance of London Fire Risk Assessments:
London fire risk assessments are essential for property owners to meet legal obligations and ensure the safety of occupants. By identifying and mitigating fire hazards, these assessments reduce the risk of fire incidents, injuries, and property damage. They also provide peace of mind to property owners and enhance the overall safety of London communities.
Collaboration with Fire Safety Professionals:
Engaging with qualified fire safety professionals is crucial for conducting effective fire risk assessments in London. These professionals possess the expertise and experience to identify potential hazards, assess risks accurately, and recommend appropriate control measures tailored to London properties’ unique characteristics.
Continuous Monitoring and Review:
Fire risk assessments in London are not one-time activities but ongoing processes. Property owners must continuously monitor and review their fire risk assessments to address any changes in occupancy, operations, or regulations. Regular reviews ensure that properties remain compliant and adequately protected against fire risks.

We needed the FRA done for our new building urgently. Called their customer service around 11am and they arranged someone to be on site in the evening around half 6 same day. Although we had to pay extra for getting this arranged but it was worth. Time was more important for us than the money. Received the report within 48 hours too. Saved us from a big trouble. Definitely be using them again for new projects. Thank you
