Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Hillingdon Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Hillingdon must ensure their properties meet all safety regulations by securing the required landlords safety certificates. These certificates, such as EPC certificates and fire risk assessments, are essential for maintaining a safe and compliant property.

Start by obtaining an EPC certificate through an EPC assessor who will conduct an energy performance check. This certificate is legally required when renting or selling a property, providing insight into its energy efficiency.

For gas safety, landlords must regularly arrange landlord gas safety checks. Securing a gas certificate ensures that gas appliances in the property are safe and functioning properly. Keeping current gas certs is crucial for tenant safety and legal compliance.

Landlords should also ensure electrical safety by obtaining an EICR certificate. This certificate confirms that electrical installations in the property meet safety standards, reducing the risk of electrical hazards.

Fire safety is another vital consideration. A fire risk assessment evaluates the property’s fire safety measures. For properties with shared spaces, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or a London fire risk assessment ensures compliance with fire regulations.

For older properties in Hillingdon, arranging an Asbestos Survey is essential. This survey identifies any asbestos risks and ensures a safe environment for tenants.

By securing these landlords safety certificates, landlords in Hillingdon can ensure their properties meet all legal safety standards, providing a secure and compliant living space for tenants.
