Landlords Electrical Certificate in London: Ensuring Tenant Safety

As a landlord in London, you have a legal and ethical responsibility to ensure the safety of your tenants. One of the most critical aspects of this is maintaining the electrical safety of your rental property. The Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020 mandate that landlords in London must ensure that the electrical installations in their properties are safe and are inspected and tested by a qualified and competent person at least every five years.
