Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Brent Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Brent must ensure their properties comply with regulations by securing essential landlords safety certificates. From EPC certificates to fire risk assessments, these documents ensure the safety and legal compliance of your property.

Start by booking an EPC certificate through an EPC assessor to complete an energy performance check. This certificate shows the energy efficiency of your property and is legally required when renting or selling.

For gas safety, landlords should arrange regular landlord gas safety checks. Obtaining a gas certificate ensures that all gas appliances in the property are safe. Valid gas certs protect both the property and tenants from potential hazards.

Electrical safety is another crucial aspect, requiring an EICR certificate. This certificate ensures that all electrical installations are safe for use and up to standard.

Fire safety is equally important. Arrange a fire risk assessment to evaluate the fire safety measures in your property. If the property has shared areas, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or London fire risk assessment ensures fire safety compliance.

Finally, landlords of older properties should schedule an Asbestos Survey to identify and manage any asbestos risks, keeping tenants safe.

By securing the necessary landlords safety certificates, landlords in Brent can ensure their properties are fully compliant with safety regulations.
