Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Bromley Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Bromley must ensure their properties meet all safety regulations by securing the necessary landlords safety certificates. These certificates, ranging from EPC certificates to fire risk assessments, are vital for keeping your property safe and compliant.

Start with an EPC certificate, which requires an EPC assessor to carry out an energy performance check. This document is crucial for understanding your property’s energy efficiency and is a legal requirement for renting or selling.

For gas safety, it’s essential to conduct regular landlord gas safety checks. Securing a gas certificate ensures all gas appliances in your property are safe and functioning correctly. Having valid gas certs protects your tenants from potential gas hazards.

Electrical safety is another key area of concern. An EICR certificate confirms that the electrical systems in your property are safe and meet the required standards.

Fire safety must not be overlooked. Booking a fire risk assessment helps evaluate the fire safety measures in place. For properties with shared spaces, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or London fire risk assessment ensures fire safety compliance.

In addition, landlords in Bromley with older properties should consider an Asbestos Survey to identify any asbestos-related risks, helping to maintain a safe living environment for tenants.

By securing these essential landlords safety certificates, landlords in Bromley can ensure their properties are fully compliant with current safety regulations, safeguarding both their tenants and investments.
