Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Camden Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Camden must ensure their properties are up to standard by obtaining the necessary landlords safety certificates. These certificates, from EPC certificates to fire risk assessments, are crucial for ensuring property safety and legal compliance.

Start by arranging an EPC certificate through an EPC assessor, who will conduct an energy performance check. This certificate is a legal requirement and provides details on your property’s energy efficiency.

To maintain gas safety, landlords should conduct regular landlord gas safety checks. Securing a valid gas certificate ensures that all gas appliances are safe for use, and keeping up with gas certs is crucial for preventing gas-related risks.

Electrical safety is another key requirement. An EICR certificate ensures that your property’s electrical installations meet the required safety standards, reducing the risk of electrical hazards.

Additionally, booking a fire risk assessment is vital for fire safety compliance. For properties with shared spaces, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or London fire risk assessment ensures that proper fire safety measures are in place.

For landlords of older properties in Camden, it’s also important to arrange an Asbestos Survey to assess and manage any asbestos-related risks, ensuring a safe environment for tenants.

By securing these essential landlords safety certificates, landlords in Camden can stay compliant with safety regulations and ensure their properties are safe for tenants.
