Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

City of London Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in the City of London must ensure their properties meet all safety requirements by obtaining the necessary landlords safety certificates. From EPC certificates to fire risk assessments, these certificates help protect your tenants and ensure legal compliance.

Begin by securing an EPC certificate with the help of an EPC assessor, who will carry out an energy performance check. This certificate is essential for understanding your property’s energy efficiency and is legally required when renting or selling.

Gas safety is another critical aspect of property management. A gas certificate, obtained through regular landlord gas safety inspections, ensures that all gas appliances in your property are safe for use. Keeping your gas certs up to date is vital for tenant safety and legal compliance.

Additionally, landlords must secure an EICR certificate to confirm that the electrical installations in the property meet safety standards, preventing potential electrical hazards.

Fire safety is paramount in the City of London, especially for properties with communal spaces. A fire risk assessment ensures that all fire safety measures are in place. For shared areas, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or London fire risk assessment is a legal necessity.

Landlords of older properties should also arrange an Asbestos Survey to identify and manage any asbestos risks, ensuring the health and safety of tenants.

By obtaining these essential landlords safety certificates, landlords in the City of London can ensure their properties are fully compliant with regulations and safe for occupancy.
