Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Croydon Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Croydon must ensure their properties comply with safety regulations by obtaining essential landlords safety certificates. From EPC certificates to fire risk assessments, these documents are vital for maintaining tenant safety and legal compliance.

Start by securing an EPC certificate through an EPC assessor, who will conduct an energy performance check. This certificate is a legal requirement and provides insight into your property’s energy efficiency.

For gas safety, landlords should arrange regular landlord gas safety inspections. Obtaining a gas certificate ensures that all gas appliances are safe and functioning properly. Staying updated with gas certs protects tenants from potential gas hazards.

Electrical safety is also crucial. An EICR certificate confirms that the electrical systems in your property are safe and meet required standards, helping to prevent electrical hazards.

Additionally, fire safety cannot be overlooked. Booking a fire risk assessment evaluates the fire safety measures in place. For properties with shared spaces, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or London fire risk assessment is essential for compliance.

For older properties, it’s important to arrange an Asbestos Survey to identify and manage any asbestos-related risks, ensuring a safe environment for tenants.

By securing these essential landlords safety certificates, landlords in Croydon can ensure their properties meet all safety regulations and provide a secure living space for tenants.
