Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Do I Need a Carbon Monoxide Detector?

Yes, carbon monoxide (CO) detectors are essential in any property with fuel-burning appliances. Carbon monoxide is a dangerous, odorless, and colorless gas produced when fuel doesn’t burn completely. In the UK, landlords are legally required to install CO detectors in rooms containing solid fuel appliances, such as wood burners or open fireplaces. Recently, regulations have expanded to include properties with gas appliances, like boilers or heaters. A functioning CO detector alerts occupants to unsafe gas levels, preventing severe health risks like poisoning. Symptoms of CO exposure include dizziness, headaches, and nausea, which can quickly escalate without warning. Regularly test detectors to ensure they are working effectively and replace batteries as needed. Installing carbon monoxide detectors isn’t just a legal requirement—it’s a critical step to safeguard lives and provide peace of mind for tenants and homeowners.
