Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Ealing Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Ealing need to ensure their properties comply with safety regulations by obtaining the necessary landlords safety certificates. From EPC certificates to fire risk assessments, these documents are essential for tenant safety and legal compliance.

Start by obtaining an EPC certificate through an EPC assessor, who will perform an energy performance check. This certificate is legally required and provides vital information about your property’s energy efficiency.

For gas safety, landlords must conduct regular landlord gas safety inspections. Securing a gas certificate ensures that all gas appliances in the property are safe and functioning correctly. Keeping up with gas certs is crucial for preventing potential gas-related issues.

Electrical safety is equally important. An EICR certificate confirms that the electrical systems in your property are safe and meet the required standards, helping to avoid electrical hazards.

Additionally, fire safety is paramount. Booking a fire risk assessment will evaluate the fire safety measures in your property. For buildings with shared areas, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or a London fire risk assessment is essential for compliance.

For older properties, consider arranging an Asbestos Survey to identify any asbestos-related risks, ensuring the safety of your tenants.

By securing these essential landlords safety certificates, landlords in Ealing can ensure their properties are fully compliant with regulations and provide a safe living environment for tenants.
