Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Electrical Certs: Ensuring Safety in London Properties

For London landlords and homeowners, obtaining the necessary electrical certs is vital for property safety and legal compliance. These certifications, such as the EICR, confirm the safety of electrical installations. This guide explains the importance of electrical certs for your property.

Electrical certs, like the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), involve inspections by qualified electricians. They assess wiring, sockets, lighting, and consumer units, identifying potential hazards and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Obtaining valid electrical certs is crucial for preventing accidents.

The process to get electrical certs includes a certified electrician performing checks and tests, followed by a detailed report. Any necessary repairs lead to the issuance of the electrical certs, confirming the property’s electrical safety.

Landlords in London have a responsibility for electrical safety. While not strictly annual, regular checks and updated electrical certs are recommended to avoid penalties and ensure tenant well-being.

For reliable electrical certs services in London, visit Landlords Checks Electrical Safety Certificate. They provide expert inspections and the required certifications for compliance and safety.

Secure your electrical certs today for a safe property.
