Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Enfield Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Enfield are responsible for ensuring their properties meet safety standards by securing essential landlords safety certificates. These certificates, from EPC certificates to fire risk assessments, ensure legal compliance and the safety of tenants.

Start with an EPC certificate, where an EPC assessor will conduct an energy performance check to assess your property’s energy efficiency. This certificate is required when renting or selling a property.

For gas safety, landlords must conduct regular landlord gas safety inspections. Obtaining a gas certificate ensures that gas appliances in the property are safe and up to code. Having valid gas certs protects both your tenants and property from gas-related risks.

Electrical safety is just as important. Securing an EICR certificate confirms that the electrical systems in your property are safe and meet legal requirements.

Fire safety is also crucial. Booking a fire risk assessment ensures the necessary fire safety measures are in place. If your property has communal spaces, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or London fire risk assessment ensures compliance with fire safety regulations.

For older properties, landlords in Enfield should arrange an Asbestos Survey to identify and manage any asbestos risks, keeping tenants safe from exposure.

By obtaining the right landlords safety certificates, landlords in Enfield can ensure their properties are fully compliant with current regulations and provide a secure living environment for their tenants.
