Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Fire and Asbestos Risk Assessment

Fire and asbestos risk assessments are essential for ensuring safety and compliance in any property. A fire risk assessment identifies potential fire hazards, evaluates the risks to occupants, and outlines measures to reduce or eliminate those risks. On the other hand, an asbestos risk assessment is crucial for older properties, particularly those built before 2000. It helps identify asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) and provides a plan for managing them safely to prevent exposure. Both assessments are legal requirements for landlords, business owners, and those managing properties. They safeguard occupants, reduce liability, and ensure compliance with fire and health regulations. Professional assessors conduct these evaluations thoroughly, ensuring that all risks are identified and mitigated. Regular reviews are essential, particularly after renovations or changes to property use. By prioritizing fire and asbestos risk assessments, property owners demonstrate their commitment to safety and responsibility.
