Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Fire Safety Certificate UK

A fire safety certificate is not a mandatory requirement for most properties in the UK. Instead, compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 is required. This law mandates that property owners or responsible persons conduct regular fire risk assessments to ensure the safety of occupants and the property. While there isn’t a specific certificate, the risk assessment should be documented for larger buildings or those with significant fire risks. The assessment includes identifying hazards, checking fire safety equipment, and ensuring escape routes are clear. Businesses and landlords must take necessary measures based on the assessment to comply with fire safety regulations. Hiring a professional fire risk assessor ensures accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Keeping detailed records of your fire safety procedures demonstrates your commitment to safety and helps avoid penalties.
