Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Gas Cert: Ensuring Gas Safety Compliance

A Gas Certificate, commonly referred to as a Gas Safety Certificate or CP12, is mandatory for all rental properties in the UK. It ensures gas appliances and pipework meet legal safety standards, protecting tenants and landlords alike.

Why Is a Gas Cert Important?

  1. Legal Compliance: Required annually for all rented properties.
  2. Tenant Safety: Protects against gas leaks and carbon monoxide risks.
  3. Insurance Validity: Essential for maintaining property insurance.

What the Process Involves

  • Inspection: Gas Safe-registered engineers check boilers, cookers, and flues.
  • Testing: Appliances are tested for leaks and safe operation.
  • Certification: Upon passing, landlords receive a CP12 valid for one year.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Without a valid gas certificate, landlords face fines or imprisonment and risk endangering tenants.

Why Choose Landlords Checks?

With certified engineers and competitive rates, Landlords Checks ensures your property stays compliant and your tenants remain safe.
