Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Greenwich Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Greenwich must prioritize property safety by obtaining the required landlords safety certificates. These certificates, including EPC certificates and fire risk assessments, are crucial for legal compliance and tenant protection.

Start by arranging an EPC certificate through a qualified EPC assessor. This energy performance check ensures your property’s energy efficiency meets the required standards for rental or sale.

For gas safety, it’s essential to perform regular landlord gas safety checks. Obtaining a valid gas certificate ensures all gas appliances in your property are safe for tenants. These gas certs confirm compliance and protect against gas-related risks.

Electrical safety is equally important, and a professional EICR certificate guarantees that your property’s electrical installations are safe and up to code.

Fire safety is another critical area for landlords in Greenwich. Booking a fire risk assessment evaluates the fire safety measures in your property. If your property includes shared spaces, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or London fire risk assessment ensures compliance with fire safety regulations.

Additionally, for older properties in Greenwich, an Asbestos Survey is vital to identify and manage any asbestos risks, ensuring the health and safety of your tenants.

By securing these essential landlords safety certificates, landlords in Greenwich can confidently maintain property safety and regulatory compliance.
