Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Hackney Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Hackney are required to ensure their properties meet all safety regulations by obtaining the necessary landlords safety certificates. These certificates, including EPC certificates and fire risk assessments, are essential for ensuring your property is safe and compliant.

Start by arranging an EPC certificate with an EPC assessor to conduct an energy performance check. This certificate is required by law when renting or selling a property and provides insights into its energy efficiency.

For gas safety, it’s vital to carry out regular landlord gas safety inspections. A gas certificate confirms that all gas appliances in your property are safe and compliant with regulations. Securing gas certs protects tenants from potential gas risks and ensures legal compliance.

Electrical safety is equally important. A professional EICR certificate verifies that your property’s electrical systems are safe and meet the required standards.

Additionally, fire safety is crucial, especially for properties with shared spaces. Booking a fire risk assessment helps ensure your property complies with fire safety regulations. A fire risk assessment for communal areas or London fire risk assessment will cover all necessary aspects of fire prevention and preparedness.

If you own an older property, it’s also wise to arrange an Asbestos Survey. This survey identifies any asbestos hazards, ensuring a safe environment for tenants.

By securing these landlords safety certificates, landlords in Hackney can ensure their properties comply with all necessary safety regulations, providing peace of mind for both themselves and their tenants.
