Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Hammersmith Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Hammersmith need to ensure their properties are fully compliant with safety regulations by obtaining the required landlords safety certificates. These certificates cover essential areas like energy efficiency, gas safety, electrical safety, and fire protection.

To start, you’ll need an EPC certificate. An EPC assessor will conduct an energy performance check, ensuring that your property meets the required standards for energy efficiency, which is a legal obligation for renting or selling.

For gas safety, landlords must secure a valid gas certificate. Regular landlord gas safety checks confirm that all gas appliances are safe to use, with valid gas certs protecting both tenants and landlords from potential hazards.

Electrical safety is equally important. An EICR certificate ensures that all electrical systems in your property are safe and meet regulatory standards, reducing the risk of electrical issues.

Fire protection is a critical area for landlords, especially in shared spaces. Arranging a fire risk assessment helps assess the fire safety measures in place. For properties with communal spaces, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or a London fire risk assessment will ensure fire safety compliance.

For older properties in Hammersmith, it’s important to conduct an Asbestos Survey. Identifying and managing any asbestos risks is essential to ensure a safe environment for tenants.

By securing these essential landlords safety certificates, landlords in Hammersmith can confidently manage their properties, ensuring compliance with all necessary safety regulations.
