Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Harrow Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Harrow are required to ensure their properties meet all safety standards by securing the appropriate landlords safety certificates. These certificates, including EPC certificates and fire risk assessments, play a critical role in maintaining property safety and legal compliance.

Begin by arranging an EPC certificate with a qualified EPC assessor to conduct an energy performance check. This certificate is necessary for renting or selling your property, as it indicates its energy efficiency.

For gas safety, conducting regular landlord gas safety checks is essential. Obtaining a gas certificate ensures that all gas appliances in your property are safe and functional. Keeping updated gas certs protects your tenants from potential risks.

Electrical systems must also be safe and up to standard. Securing an EICR certificate confirms that the electrical installations in your property meet legal safety requirements, reducing the risk of electrical hazards.

Fire safety is another critical concern. Booking a fire risk assessment evaluates the fire safety measures in your property. For properties with shared spaces, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or a London fire risk assessment ensures that all fire safety regulations are met.

For landlords of older properties, it is important to schedule an Asbestos Survey to identify and manage any asbestos risks, ensuring the safety of your tenants.

By securing these landlords safety certificates, landlords in Harrow can ensure their properties comply with all necessary safety regulations, providing a safe living environment for tenants while meeting legal obligations.
