Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Havering Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Havering must ensure their properties comply with safety regulations by obtaining the necessary landlords safety certificates. These certificates, ranging from EPC certificates to fire risk assessments, are crucial for keeping your property legally compliant and safe for tenants.

Start with an EPC certificate by arranging an EPC assessor to carry out an energy performance check. This certificate is legally required when renting or selling a property and helps improve energy efficiency.

For gas safety, landlords must arrange regular landlord gas safety checks. Securing a gas certificate ensures that all gas appliances in the property are safe and functional. Keeping up-to-date gas certs is essential for tenant safety.

Electrical safety also needs attention. An EICR certificate confirms that all electrical installations in your property are safe and meet legal standards, helping to prevent electrical hazards.

Additionally, conducting a fire risk assessment is vital to assess the fire safety measures in place. If your property has communal areas, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or London fire risk assessment ensures compliance with fire safety regulations.

For older properties in Havering, arranging an Asbestos Survey is important to identify any asbestos-related risks and protect tenants from exposure.

By securing these landlords safety certificates, landlords in Havering can ensure their properties comply with safety regulations, providing tenants with a safe and secure living environment.
