Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Hounslow Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Hounslow must ensure their properties comply with safety regulations by securing the necessary landlords safety certificates. These certificates, including EPC certificates and fire risk assessments, are essential for maintaining tenant safety and legal compliance.

Start by obtaining an EPC certificate by arranging an EPC assessor to conduct an energy performance check. This certificate is required when renting or selling your property and helps evaluate its energy efficiency.

For gas safety, landlords in Hounslow should arrange regular landlord gas safety inspections. Securing a gas certificate ensures that all gas appliances in your property are safe and meet legal standards. Keeping up-to-date gas certs is critical for both tenant safety and compliance.

Electrical safety is another important area. An EICR certificate confirms that electrical installations in your property are safe and meet the required standards, preventing potential electrical hazards.

Fire safety must also be prioritised. A thorough fire risk assessment helps evaluate fire safety measures in the property. For properties with communal spaces, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or a London fire risk assessment ensures fire safety compliance.

For older properties in Hounslow, an Asbestos Survey is essential to identify any asbestos-related risks, ensuring a safe environment for tenants.

By securing these essential landlords safety certificates, landlords in Hounslow can ensure their properties meet all necessary safety regulations, providing a safe and compliant living space for their tenants.
