Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

How Much is an Electrical Safety Certificate?

Electrical safety certificates ensure a property’s electrical installations are safe and compliant with UK regulations. These certificates, commonly known as Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), are crucial for landlords and homeowners to identify risks and maintain safety.

The cost of an electrical safety certificate varies based on property size, type, and location. Prices typically range from £100 to £300. For landlords, EICRs are mandatory every five years or with each new tenancy. Homeowners can benefit from periodic checks to avoid hazards like electrical fires or shocks.

During an EICR inspection, certified electricians test circuits, identify faults, and evaluate system wear and tear. The findings are categorised into urgent hazards, recommended improvements, and non-urgent issues. Addressing these issues ensures safety and compliance.

At Landlords Checks, we offer affordable and professional EICR services. Our team ensures a thorough assessment, giving you peace of mind and protecting your property. Schedule your electrical safety check today.
