Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Landlords in Lambeth Council: The Importance of Asbestos Surveys and Legal Responsibilities

Landlords in Lambeth Council must give priority to asbestos management, particularly in older properties where asbestos-containing materials may be present. Disturbing asbestos can release hazardous fibers that cause severe health problems, including mesothelioma and lung cancer. Effective asbestos control is essential for ensuring tenant safety and meeting legal obligations.

Legal Responsibilities for Landlords

Under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, landlords in Lambeth Council are required to manage asbestos in non-domestic buildings and communal areas of residential properties. Their key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting an asbestos survey to identify and evaluate the condition of asbestos-containing materials.
  • Creating an asbestos management plan to minimize the risk of exposure.
  • Monitoring asbestos regularly and ensuring safe handling during any repairs or renovations.

Failure to comply with these regulations can lead to fines and pose significant health risks for tenants and workers.

How Landlords Checks Can Assist

Landlords Checks offer comprehensive asbestos surveys and management services to help landlords in Lambeth Council fulfill their legal responsibilities. With detailed inspections, risk assessments, and customized management plans, Landlords Checks ensure that properties remain safe and compliant with regulatory standards.
