Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Lambeth Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Lambeth must ensure their properties comply with all safety regulations by securing the essential landlords safety certificates. These certificates, such as EPC certificates and fire risk assessments, are crucial for maintaining a safe and legally compliant property.

Start by arranging an EPC certificate with a qualified EPC assessor to perform an energy performance check. This certificate is a legal requirement when renting or selling a property, ensuring it meets energy efficiency standards.

For gas safety, landlords must conduct regular landlord gas safety inspections. Obtaining a gas certificate ensures that all gas appliances are safe and functioning properly. Keeping up-to-date gas certs is essential for tenant safety and compliance.

Electrical safety is equally important. An EICR certificate confirms that the electrical systems in your property are safe and meet legal standards, helping to prevent electrical hazards.

Fire safety is a priority in any rental property. Arranging a fire risk assessment evaluates fire safety measures. If your property includes shared spaces, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or a London fire risk assessment ensures compliance with fire safety regulations.

For older properties in Lambeth, landlords should also schedule an Asbestos Survey to identify any asbestos-related risks, ensuring the safety of tenants.

By securing these key landlords safety certificates, landlords in Lambeth can ensure their properties are safe, legally compliant, and ready for occupancy.
