Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Lewisham Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Lewisham are required to ensure their properties meet all necessary safety regulations by obtaining the relevant landlords safety certificates. These certificates, such as EPC certificates and fire risk assessments, are essential for ensuring tenant safety and legal compliance.

Start by securing an EPC certificate through a qualified EPC assessor, who will conduct an energy performance check to assess the energy efficiency of your property. This certificate is legally required for renting or selling your property.

For gas safety, landlords must arrange regular landlord gas safety checks. A gas certificate ensures that all gas appliances in the property are functioning safely. Keeping up-to-date gas certs is crucial for both tenant safety and legal obligations.

Electrical safety must also be addressed. Securing an EICR certificate ensures that all electrical systems in the property are safe and meet legal standards, helping to prevent electrical hazards.

Fire safety is critical, especially for properties with communal areas. Arranging a fire risk assessment evaluates the fire safety measures in your property. For properties with shared spaces, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or a London fire risk assessment will ensure compliance with fire regulations.

For older properties in Lewisham, landlords should consider arranging an Asbestos Survey to identify and manage asbestos risks, ensuring a safe environment for tenants.

By securing these essential landlords safety certificates, landlords in Lewisham can ensure their properties are compliant with all safety regulations, providing a secure and legally compliant living
