Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Newham Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Newham must ensure their properties comply with all safety regulations by obtaining the necessary landlords safety certificates. These certificates, including EPC certificates and fire risk assessments, are crucial for maintaining tenant safety and legal compliance.

Start by booking an EPC certificate through a qualified EPC assessor who will conduct an energy performance check. This certificate is legally required for renting or selling a property, ensuring it meets energy efficiency standards.

For gas safety, landlords must arrange regular landlord gas safety checks. Securing a gas certificate ensures that all gas appliances in your property are safe and functioning correctly. Keeping updated gas certs is essential for both tenant safety and legal compliance.

Electrical safety should also be prioritised. An EICR certificate confirms that the electrical installations in your property are safe and meet required standards, reducing the risk of electrical hazards.

Fire safety is another vital aspect. Arranging a fire risk assessment helps identify any fire risks in your property. If your property has communal areas, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or a London fire risk assessment is essential for meeting fire safety regulations.

For older properties in Newham, consider arranging an Asbestos Survey to identify and manage any asbestos-related risks, ensuring a safe living environment for tenants.

By securing these essential landlords safety certificates, landlords in Newham can ensure their properties are safe, legally compliant, and ready for tenancy.
