Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Redbridge Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Redbridge must ensure their properties comply with all necessary safety regulations by obtaining the relevant landlords safety certificates. These certificates, including EPC certificates and fire risk assessments, are essential for ensuring tenant safety and legal compliance.

Start by arranging an EPC certificate through a qualified EPC assessor who will conduct an energy performance check. This certificate is a legal requirement when renting or selling your property, ensuring it meets energy efficiency standards.

For gas safety, landlords need to conduct regular landlord gas safety checks. Securing a gas certificate ensures that all gas appliances are safe and functioning properly. Keeping valid gas certs is crucial for tenant safety and legal compliance.

Electrical safety is also important. Obtaining an EICR certificate confirms that the electrical installations in your property meet safety standards, reducing the risk of electrical hazards.

Fire safety should not be overlooked. Booking a fire risk assessment helps identify fire safety measures and potential risks in your property. For properties with shared spaces, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or a London fire risk assessment is essential for compliance with fire safety regulations.

For older properties in Redbridge, it’s advisable to arrange an Asbestos Survey to identify and manage any asbestos-related risks, ensuring a safe environment for tenants.

By securing these essential landlords safety certificates, landlords in Redbridge can ensure their properties are safe, compliant, and ready for occupancy.
