Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Risk Fire Assessment: Ensuring London Property Safety

For London landlords and property owners, a thorough risk fire assessment is crucial for legal compliance and occupant safety. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires responsible persons to conduct a risk fire assessment to identify hazards and implement safety measures. This guide explains the importance of a risk fire assessment and its key components.

A risk fire assessment evaluates a property to identify fire hazards and assess risks to occupants. It involves inspecting escape routes, fire detection systems, and firefighting equipment. This assessment determines fire likelihood and potential consequences, enabling appropriate safety measures.

Key components of a risk fire assessment include identifying ignition sources, flammable materials, and assessing risks to vulnerable individuals. It considers fire prevention and protection measures, like proper storage and fire extinguishers. Emergency procedures, including evacuation plans, are also outlined.

Conducting a risk fire assessment typically involves hiring a professional. The assessor inspects the property, documents findings, and provides a report with necessary actions. Regular reviews and drills ensure preparedness.
