Order 17880

Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Wandsworth Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos Surveys London

Landlords in Wandsworth must ensure their properties comply with all necessary safety regulations by obtaining the essential landlords safety certificates. These certificates, including EPC certificates and fire risk assessments, are crucial for maintaining tenant safety and meeting legal requirements.

Begin by arranging an EPC certificate through a qualified EPC assessor, who will conduct an energy performance check. This certificate is legally required when renting or selling a property, confirming that it meets energy efficiency standards.

For gas safety, landlords need to conduct regular landlord gas safety checks. Securing a gas certificate ensures that all gas appliances in your property are safe and functioning properly. Keeping up-to-date gas certs is essential for both tenant safety and legal compliance.

Electrical safety is another critical area. Obtaining an EICR certificate confirms that the electrical installations in your property are safe and comply with required standards, helping to prevent electrical hazards.

Fire safety should be a priority. Booking a fire risk assessment evaluates the fire safety measures within your property. If your property includes communal areas, a fire risk assessment for communal areas or a London fire risk assessment is necessary to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.

For older properties in Wandsworth, consider arranging an Asbestos Survey to identify and manage any asbestos-related risks, ensuring a safe living environment for tenants.

By securing these essential landlords safety certificates, landlords in Wandsworth can ensure their properties are safe, compliant, and ready for tenancy.
