Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Electrical Condition Report: Ensuring the Safety of Your Property

An electrical condition report, officially known as an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), is a vital document that provides a comprehensive assessment of the safety and condition of the electrical installations within a property. Whether you are a landlord needing to comply with regulations or a homeowner wanting to ensure the safety of your family in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, understanding the importance of an electrical condition report is crucial.

The purpose of an electrical condition report is to identify any potential electrical hazards, defects, or areas of non-compliance with the current electrical safety standards (BS 7671, which are the UK standards often referenced internationally for best practice). A qualified and registered electrician conducts a thorough inspection of the electrical system, including wiring, sockets, light fittings, and the consumer unit. The electrical condition report details the findings of this inspection, categorizing any issues and recommending necessary remedial work to ensure the safety of the electrical system in your property in Lahore.

For landlords in the UK, and increasingly for those following international best practices for rental properties, obtaining an electrical condition report is a legal requirement. Regulations mandate that landlords must have a valid EICR in place before the start of a new tenancy and ensure that electrical installations are inspected and tested at least every five years by a qualified electrician. Providing a copy of the electrical condition report to tenants and carrying out any required remedial work are also legal obligations for landlords to ensure the safety of their rental properties. While specific local regulations in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan may vary, adhering to EICR standards provides a high level of safety assurance.

Obtaining an electrical condition report involves hiring a qualified and registered electrician to conduct the inspection of your property in Lahore. Following the assessment, the electrician will issue the EICR certificate, which documents the condition of the electrical installation at the time of the inspection. This certificate is a crucial piece of documentation for demonstrating a commitment to safety and ensuring the well-being of occupants in your property.

Whether you are a landlord fulfilling your responsibilities or a homeowner prioritizing safety in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, an electrical condition report provides peace of mind knowing that your electrical system has been assessed by a professional. To arrange for an electrical condition report for your property, you can contact qualified electricians through services like Electrical Safety Certificate Services, which outlines the standards and processes involved in such inspections.
