Poor Service

Very disappointing experience on the 2nd time around. After chasing me to get me Fire Risk Assessment booked in because the previous one was about to expire, ( or more than one occasion unnecessarily). They then tried to charge me for things that are not needed on a risk assessment and i had to be firm with them as i work in property so knew they were just touting for business. I have today received the certificate nearly 3 months after the report was carried out. This was very disappointing especially as i had to continually chase the report . I would not recommend i had a client with a block of 16 flats i could of referred but obviously didn't.

Where’s the refund?

We booked an appointment and paid on 20th Jan. The engineer didn’t turn up and nobody notified us about the issue. The staff agreed to refund us but after 2 months we still haven’t received the refund. Never received any response from them 1 month ago.

Fire Safety Certificate London: Ensuring Your Property's Compliance

In London, a fire safety certificate, more accurately referred to as a fire risk assessment report, is a crucial document for property owners and managers. It ensures that your property complies with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, which mandates that all non-domestic premises undergo a thorough fire risk assessment. This assessment identifies potential fire hazards and outlines necessary safety measures, protecting occupants and ensuring legal compliance. The cost for these assessments in London starts from around £79.

A fire risk assessment involves a detailed inspection of your property. A qualified assessor will identify fire hazards, evaluate existing fire safety measures (like alarms and extinguishers), and assess escape routes. The process includes documenting findings in a comprehensive report, detailing risks and recommended actions. The report is vital for demonstrating compliance and implementing safety improvements. The validity of a fire risk assessment isn’t fixed; it should be reviewed regularly, typically annually or after significant property changes. This ensures ongoing safety and compliance.
