Well-organised company. Engineer called to say he would arrive in 20 minutes and did.
Order 17880 I am extremely disappointed with the service. 1) The inspector did not show up for the scheduled appointment. 2) Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that the inspector would not come, and I had taken a day off from work specifically for this appointment. 3) I called customer service four times to reschedule, and every single time, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. 4) They charged me for a service that was never performed, and it looks like they are having serious difficulties actually delivering what they promise. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shocking. I have not seen such blatant disregard and ignorance towards a customer in a very long time. I have wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid this service at all costs!
I WAS VERY HAPPY HOW MY CASE WAS DELT WITH; - NEXT DAY APPOINTMENT - SAME DAY REPORT - GOOD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ME AND OFFICE UNTIL MY APPOINTED WAS COMPLETED
A Fire Safety Certificate is crucial for landlords to ensure the safety of tenants and property compliance. This certificate demonstrates that your property adheres to fire safety regulations and that the necessary precautions are in place to minimize fire risks. It’s a legal obligation for landlords to conduct fire risk assessments, particularly for communal areas in flats or multi-occupancy buildings. A valid Fire Safety Certificate typically lasts 3 years, though periodic reviews are encouraged to address changes to the property or regulations. Landlords must also maintain fire safety equipment, such as smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting. Non-compliance can lead to fines or legal action, so staying proactive is essential. Obtaining this certificate involves hiring a qualified assessor to perform a fire risk assessment. They will evaluate the property, identify potential risks, and recommend safety measures. The cost of a fire risk assessment in London varies depending on the size and complexity of the property, but it’s an investment in your tenants’ safety and legal peace of mind.
If you’re unsure where to start, Landlords Checks can help. Our certified assessors offer professional fire safety inspections and provide comprehensive guidance to ensure your property meets all fire safety standards. 👉 Book a Fire Risk Assessment 👉 Fire Risk Assessment Cost London
